SB Tile and Mosaic started in 2019 as a way for me—Brad—to build something lasting for my daughter Sophie and me. The name says it all: it’s just the two of us behind it. I personally handle every part of the business, from sourcing inventory and loading pallets to helping customers find the perfect tile for their project.
Today, we’ve streamlined the business to focus on what we do best: supplying premium mosaic and specialty tile at liquidation pricing. We operate from our warehouse, offering delivery throughout the Lower Mainland, as well as private by-appointment viewings in Vancouver for customers who’d like to see the products in person.
What makes us different? I buy directly from distributor liquidations and distressed store closures, filling our warehouse with top-brand mosaics and specialty tiles you’d normally find in high-end showrooms—but without the high-end prices. To make shopping even easier, every mosaic in stock is just $5 per square foot. Whether it’s marble, porcelain, glass, aluminum, or designer blends, you pay the same low price. Many of these mosaics originally retailed for two or three times more, making it one of the best values you’ll find anywhere in the Lower Mainland. No sales team. No pressure. Just honest pricing, premium products, and personal service from start to finish.
