It’s a one man show here. I’m a former tile installer turned tile liquidator. I work with several of the big chain store suppliers and do store buy outs. My margin on my most expensive mosaic ($10) is the same as it is on my least expensive ($2). The focus is volume, so on a per tile basis, that equates to be low prices. The better the deal I get, the better the deal you get. 

Yes they’re available for purchase at the sticker price. If none work I can refund. If one does work, I can credit the sample payment towards the purchase. f you need it shipped, standard shipping fees apply.

You can buy 1, you can buy 100. I generally keep 50-70 square feet on hand for any given style so if you need less than that, no problem. If you need more, takes 1 day to bring in for pick up.

Unfortunately not. Aside from managing the 5000 square foot warehouse and opening my showroom 7 days a week by myself, I’m also a full time single dad. I get to the warehouse everyday and open the store everyday but outside of my store hours, I can’t guarantee to be anywhere at any given time

The $20 mosaic that you get a 40% contractor discount on is $5 here in my shop. Nothing is set in stone but for the most part… cmon

Yes I ship within Canada but it’s extremely expensive. With my tile prices it still ends up being a good deal but to give a rough estimate on the heaviest tile I have: 10 square feet of marble is its own 50 pound box. So a 50 square foot backsplash is 5 boxes ranging from $40 to $100 per box depending on where you are. That’s an additional $4 to $10 per square foot. I have business accounts with all the carrier’s and that’s just what it is unfortunately. You’re welcome to set up your own freight service with pick up at the showroom.

There is no return policy. I stay priced at the bottom and can only do that if stuff comes in and goes out smoothly. A sample is recommended if you’re unsure.
