Yes. To give a detailed quote, we need the particular tile you’re interested in (or at least material. Marble, glass, ceramic etc), the quantity and a postal code. You can use the contact button below to send that and we’ll respond within 24 hours. Shipping typically costs about $2 to $6 per square foot depending on where it’s going. Major cities tend to be cheaper

All Shipments are insured. It’s important to take note of packaging condition when your order arrives. Detailed pictures before and after opening the package are needed to reimburse or resend your order. Ace courier is very good. Several hundred orders shipped in the past few years ranging from several boxes to several pallets. No issues so far.

Yes. Most mosaics are made in a square foot sheet. Samples are typically 4x4 or 6x6 inches. 1-4 samples is $15, 5-8 samples is $30, 9-12 is $45 and so on. For sample we use Canada post express post.

No. All tile is final sale. To keep prices as low as they are, orders can only go one way. All tile is inspected sheet for sheet and quality is guaranteed. A sample pack is recommended if you want to see/feel the tile before you order.

If we have them, we can send them right out. But it’s not likely that we do. 100% of our product is owned outright. When it’s gone, we can’t order anymore. It’s likely you can find your tile from another supplier but lot number will be different and it’ll cost 3 times as much if not even more. Rule of thumb when ordering tile is 10% extra for waste and cutting. We recommend 15 to 20%., even more if you’re doing a complicated pattern like herringbone or hexagon
